Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC in Puerto Rico seeks a Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager to establish and operate the CQC system for on-site and off-site work at the Fort Buchanan microgrid project. This position requires on-site presence during construction and authority to stop noncompliant work, with responsibility for daily reports and records.

Qualifications

Construction management degree or 10+ years in quality management on similar work.
USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certificate completed within last 5 years.
Experience with USACE three-phase control, RMS Contractor Mode, submittal certification, testing, and daily reporting.
Ability to serve as exclusive-duty CQC Manager on site during active construction.
Ability to obtain Government access to Fort Buchanan.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute the Government-accepted CQC Plan and work-register.
Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; verify tests and submittals.
Manage QC personnel, testing labs, inspectors, and commissioning issue integration.
Train subcontractors on CQC requirements before work starts.
Sign and submit daily CQC reports within 24 hours and maintain site records.
Coordinate with Government QA while preserving independent CQC authority.
