Job summary

Talently is seeking a on-site Construction Project Manager to lead 2–4 concurrent projects in Mooresville, NC. You will own project financials and profitability, manage change orders and PO/invoice processes, and serve as the primary client contact.

Collaboration with architects, supers, engineers, and field teams is essential as you drive schedules and performance. Must-have experience includes 2–5 years in construction project management, proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Ability to manage project financials, job profitability, change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Strong organization, communication, delegation, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
• Self-awareness and a positive, collaborative approach to project leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform the role’s office-based tasks, including extended computer use and occasional lifting and carrying of lightweight items.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 concurrent construction projects, with annual project values of $1–25M or more.
• Own project financials and support strong job profitability.
• Coordinate clients, architects, superintendents, project engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Maintain regular communication with project team members.
• Partner with the superintendent to develop the master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
