• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Ability to manage project financials, job profitability, change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Strong organization, communication, delegation, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
• Self-awareness and a positive, collaborative approach to project leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform the role’s office-based tasks, including extended computer use and occasional lifting and carrying of lightweight items.
