You will oversee high-profile commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, strong leadership and client-management skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior project managers.
• Excellent client management skills and relationship-building.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam for project tracking and communication.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile, complex commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage relationships with general contractors and resolve conflicts.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam to track progress and coordinate communications.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to prevent overruns and delays.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
