• 4–6 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up work.
• Direct NAVFAC or DoD construction experience and multi-family residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Support owner’s representative services on renovation and ground-up multi-family construction.
• Assist with vendor management, monitoring performance against contract, schedule and budget.
• Review change orders, RFIs, and submittals with the project team.
• Prepare project financial and progress reporting for leadership and client stakeholders.
• Escalate risks with options and recommendations to senior team.
