Job summary

Mignone Design-Build, a Las Vegas-based general contracting firm, is seeking an on-site Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes coordinating project scope, schedule, and budget, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring materials, inspections, and permits are handled efficiently.

The PM will lead project meetings, track milestones, resolve field issues, and ensure safety, building codes, and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• Experience coordinating commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractor activity.
