Job summary

Tand Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site role based in North Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, planning schedules, coordinating crews, and managing budgets.

You will lead meetings, communicate with owners, inspectors, and teams, and proactively resolve logistics and sequencing issues. The role requires strong reading of drawings and specs, change order management, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Project management experience overseeing civil/construction projects from start to finish.
• Expediting skills to manage materials, approvals, and schedules efficiently.
• Inspection activities to ensure plans, codes, and safety compliance.
• Logistics coordination of equipment, materials, and workforce across tasks.
• Experience in civil construction, utilities or public works with wet utilities knowledge.
• Ability to read/interp construction drawings, specs, and contracts; report/document well.
• Strong communication to work with owners, field staff, subcontractors and agencies.
• Familiarity with project management software and general office tools.
• Commitment to safety, quality, deadlines, and budget targets.
• Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews.
• Manage budgets and track progress to meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with owners, inspectors, and teams.
• Resolve issues related to logistics, materials, and sequencing.
• Review plans and specifications, prepare and monitor change orders.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date, fostering collaboration on site.
