Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for overseeing commercial and residential construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project scope, schedule, and budget; managing subcontractors and vendors; and ensuring materials, inspections, and permits are handled efficiently. The role involves leading project meetings, tracking progress against milestones, resolving field issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager will also ensure work adheres to safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations, while proactively managing risks and changes to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Logistics Management, with experience coordinating construction activities and resources.
• Candidates should possess skills related to expediting processes, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to manage materials, permits, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including Inspection, to verify work quality, compliance with plans, and adherence to safety and building codes.
• Relevant experience in commercial and/or residential construction, preferably in general contracting or design-build environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts, and to use project management and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
