Centurion Selection is seeking a Project Manager II for its Las Vegas team to lead ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through completion.

You will oversee schedule, budget, subcontractors, vendors, and client coordination, review plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and lead project meetings.

The role emphasizes safety, quality and timely turnover, with strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily, commercial, or residential experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
