Job summary

Moore Industries in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all project phases, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to drive project success.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant BS degree and 5+ years PM experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in Procore and MS Project. PMP/CCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Hire and manage Moore self-perform crews, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
