Job summary

IES Residential is actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Construction, residential services, or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred; certifications preferred when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams for success.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, costs, performance; communicate status with stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation: contracts, change orders, POs, reports.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support billing, forecasting, and financial reporting for projects.
