Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to support efficient operations and successful outcomes.

You will manage schedules, costs, and documentation, lead project meetings, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, residential services, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution from kickoff to final completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, and documentation to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress, costs, and performance to stay on schedule and budget.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
