Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join its leadership team and direct day-to-day project management. You will create a comprehensive plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals and support the Project Executive with stakeholder communications.

You will lead contract administration, risk management, and progress reporting, while developing the project team and maintaining positive relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergrad/grad degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in construction management or general contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Manage risk and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, design firms and subcontractors.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support the company's acquisition of new work via proposals and presentations.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Close-out projects with turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
