Job summary

Neara is looking for a Project Coordinator to support field teams and manage project accounting operations on-site in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills while being familiar with tools such as Procore and DocuSign. This position is integral to the seamless execution of construction projects requiring an administrative and detail-oriented approach.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in construction administration, with a preference for bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates to enhance team communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction administration or accounting support.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in project documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter time records for project team members and field crew.
• Maintain and update jobsite directories in Procore.
• Manage jobsite office supply inventory and trailer setup.
• Assist in scheduling and managing jobsite calendars.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Route commitments and change orders through Procore/DocuSign.
• Ensure executed commitments are submitted to ERP.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process for payment.
• Support owner billing processes including data entry.
• Assist with project closeout and final turnover packages.

Skills

Proficiency with Procore, Concur, DocuSign, and ERP systems

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication abilities

Knowledge of construction billing practices

2+ years of experience in construction administration

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Familiarity with CCIP and LEED documentation
