Job summary

CORE is seeking an entry-level Construction Professional for the Tucson, AZ office to support mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects. The Project Coordinator will liaise between field and management, helping maintain accurate project documentation and organized files.

You will work with the Project Manager and team across construction-phase activities and project closeout, ensuring timely delivery and quality. This is an in-person role based in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Candidate must demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude.
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction, engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of contracts and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and DocuSign is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• In-person office-based role in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and manage distribution to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories, project files, and related documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors, including warranty information.
• Coordinate with field and project management teams to ensure project information remains current and organized.
