Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• Entry-level construction management position on active projects.
• Ability to learn company management tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety and quality coordination with superintendents.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and maintain logs and meeting notes.
• Assist with project scheduling and budgeting.
• Support procurement, bids and subcontract administration.
• Assist with cost reporting and change management.
• Participate in design coordination and client communications.
• Support project start-up and close-out activities.
• Utilize Procore, Building Connected and other tools for documentation and verification.
