Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety, and project controls.
• Ability to monitor resources including budgets, schedules and materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety, and quality on site with subcontractors and reporting.
• Document control: submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and as-builts.
• Scheduling: update progress schedules and plan construction operations.
• Financial: assist with budgets, invoicing, change orders and cost reporting.
• Procurement: identify subs/vendors, issue bids, and negotiate subcontracts.
• Estimating: prepare cost codes and update cost reports.
• Design coordination: participate in design reviews and permits.
• Client relations: support PM with client communications and reports.
• Software knowledge: proficiency with Procore and related tools.
