You will support scheduling, document control, budgets, RFIs, and field operations, while participating in management training programs and using tools like Procore and Building Connected to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: coordinate with superintendent on subcontractor coordination, safety and quality, site reporting and controls.
• Document Control and Project Communications: manage submittals, RFIs, logs, meeting minutes and drawings updates.
• Scheduling: help update progress schedules and plan construction operations.
• Financial Management: assist with budgets, costs, invoicing, change orders and cost reporting.
• Procurement and Commitments: assist with bid packages, supplier/vendor coordination, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Estimating: assist with cost codes and cost reports.
• Scope and Change Management: document changes and review contract terms.
• Design Coordination: participate in design reviews and permit tracking.
• Client Relations: support client communications and reporting.
• Project Lifecycle: assist startup/close-out requirements and inspections.
• Software Knowledge: learn PM tools like Procore and related devices.
