Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and safety practices.
• Ability to monitor resources including budgets, schedules, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: coordinate subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and report on site activities.
• Document Control and Project Communications: manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting minutes.
• Scheduling: update progress schedules and assist in planning operations.
• Financial Management: assist budgets, costs, invoicing, and cost reporting.
• Procurement and Commitments: identify subcontractors, prepare bid packages, and evaluate bids.
• Design Coordination: review design changes with attention to scope and constructability.
• Client Relations: support communications and change requests with clients.
• Project Lifecycle: assist startup and close-out, including manuals and inspections.
