Job summary

• 3–5 years of accounting or project-management support experience, ideally in construction.
• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• On-site role with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, specs, and other project records.
• Bridge communication between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement: obtain quotes, order materials, and arrange deliveries.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring subcontractor scope and obligations.
• Prepare regular status reports with milestones and issues.
• Assist in tracking expenses and variances and keep the PM informed.
