Job summary

W3Global in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of construction projects. You will assist the Project Manager with coordinating schedules, documentation, and progress tracking to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with field teams, designers, and clients, handle subcontractor and vendor coordination, procure materials, prepare reports, and help with site inspections and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience expediting and tracking material orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Proven PM skills: schedule coordination, documentation control, and budget/scope support.
• Inspection-related skills: safety walk-throughs and code compliance support.
• Logistics management for jobsite coordination and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
