Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work onsite in Bloomington, IN, supporting daily project management alongside the Project Manager. You will track contracts, POs, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with subcontractors, attorneys, and inspectors.

The candidate will assist with schedules, permit submissions, close‑out manuals, and OSHA training, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience with construction project schedules and BIM tools.
• Strong communication and change-adaptation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Log contracts, POs, and submittals; price and process change orders.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and attorneys on contracts and insurance matters.
• Assist with project scheduling narratives and weekly meeting minutes.
• Support permits, coordination meetings, and close-out documentation.
