Job summary

MIRACORP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex design and construction projects for government facilities, overseeing planning through occupancy. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, provide technical expertise on building systems, and serve as on-site PM, coordinating with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

A bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field and 10 years of experience are required; master’s preferred; strong

• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects, including scope development, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement coordination, and contractor oversight.
• Review design documents, submittals, progress evaluations, and invoices; coordinate with A/E firms and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, life safety, and quality assurance.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication across teams.
