Job summary

Miracorp in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex, high‑value design and construction projects for government facilities. You will oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy, and manage scope, budget, and schedule while applying expertise on building systems, codes, life safety, and quality assurance.

This on‑site PM will resolve field issues, coordinate with internal teams, A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies, and ensure delivery on scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 10 years of project leadership.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale construction projects with scope, cost, and schedule oversight.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Review design documents, submittals, progress evaluations, and invoices.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems and life safety.
• Lead meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Ensure on-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
