Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent required.
• 3+ years estimating experience in construction.
• 5+ years project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and bid preparation through final acceptance.
• Direct on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with drawings, codes, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with client, architect, and Capital Electric personnel.
• Ensure safety policies and documentation accuracy.
• Travel as needed.
