Qualifications

5+ years of electrical project management on complex commercial projects.
Strong hands-on background in electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.
Knowledge of construction processes and local codes.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and material procurement.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls.
Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution.
Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage change orders including negotiation, documentation, and execution.
Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure code compliance.
Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
