The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management and at least 3 years of estimating experience. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are critical for success in this role. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (or similar field) or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 3+ years of experience estimating in construction.
• 5+ years in construction project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess the scope of work.
• Prepare complete estimates for selected projects.
• Supervise total construction efforts to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project documentation.
