Job summary

Decima International seeks a Construction Manager – Utility Power & Data Center Infrastructure to lead on-site delivery in Amarillo, TX or South Padre Island, TX. This role focuses on coordinating utility-scale electrical infrastructure, ensuring energization, safety, and quality across hyperscale data center projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, a technical degree, and strong communication and project controls skills to drive multi-stakeholder success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• 5+ years managing utility infrastructure or related electrical infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for utility power infrastructure supporting large-scale data center developments.
• Develop, manage, and report on scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and energization milestones.
• Coordinate with owners, utility providers, engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful energization and turnover.
