Job summary

OnQGlobal Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical operations for a hyperscale data center project in Amarillo, TX.

The role ensures safe, on-schedule, and on-budget work while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will lead electricians and subcontractors, enforce OSHA standards, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with project teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in electrical construction with 2–3 years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with datacenter or heavy industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
• Direct electricians, subcontractors, and team members to complete tasks.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA and company standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to hit milestones.
• Document daily progress and change orders.
