Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of cost control or cost engineering experience in construction or infrastructure.
- Experience with hyperscale data centers or large-scale mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency with cost management software and tools such as SAP and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional cost control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all projects.
- Develop and maintain cost control systems and reports, forecasts, and change procedures.
- Coordinate with regional managers, engineers, and finance to monitor variances and guide actions.
- Review and present monthly/quarterly cost performance reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee project performance tracking against budgets and schedules across sites.
- Mentor and develop junior cost control personnel in the region.
