Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost control or cost engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers or large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Extensive experience with cost management software and tools such as SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide oversight of regional/project cost control functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all projects.
• Develop and maintain cost control systems, reports, forecasts, trend analysis, and change management procedures.
• Coordinate with regional managers, engineers, and finance teams to monitor variances and guide corrective actions.
• Present monthly and quarterly cost performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting EVA, variances, and trends.
• Oversee tracking of performance against budgets and schedules across multiple sites, identify risks, and approve mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior cost control personnel within the region.
