Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Construction Manager - Shell & Core for a large-scale data center project on site in Amarillo, Texas. You will lead field oversight of civil, structural, architectural, and building envelope activities from early site development through dry-in and turnover.

You will coordinate with project leadership, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget, while managing risk and resolving field issues throughout the

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing shell/core construction with multiple trade packages.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for shell & core scope.
• Oversee general contractors and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Manage shell construction from early site development through turnover.
• Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, safety, and project controls teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolutions to maintain schedule.
