GCC is seeking a Construction Management professional to serve as Owner’s Representative on government medical center projects. The role focuses on engineering services, cost and schedule management, and design reviews, with on-site supervision of multiple facilities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering and 6–10 years of design and construction experience, especially in medical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering required with 6–10 years in design and construction management for medical facilities.
• On-site position, 40 hours per week, US citizenship required.
• Experience managing capital improvement projects in healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage capital improvement projects for a medical center.
• Coordinate with Medical Center CM staff to oversee multiple projects of varying size.
• Provide owner’s representative services including scheduling, cost control and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety and project specifications.
