Job summary

GCC is seeking a Construction Management professional to serve as Owner's Representative on government medical center projects. The ideal candidate holds a PE license and a BS in Electrical Engineering, with 6–10 years of design and construction experience focused on medical facilities.

This on-site role oversees capital improvement programs, coordinates with Medical Center CM staff, and ensures projects meet building codes, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of combined design and construction experience focused on medical facilities.
• Site-based role with a 40-hour work week, coordinating with Medical Center CM staff.
• Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, and cost/schedule management for capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Rep on government medical center projects.
• Oversee capital improvement programs across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, budget, and schedules.
