Job summary

GCC is seeking a Construction Management professional to serve as Owner’s Representative on government medical center projects. You’ll bring a working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, and cost and schedule management.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 6–10 years of design and construction experience focused on medical facilities. The role is site-based with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PE license and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–10 years' experience in design and construction of medical facilities.
• Site-based role; 40 hours/week; collaborate with Medical Center CM staff.
• Knowledge of building codes, cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital improvement projects at an operational medical center.
• Act as Owner's Representative on government medical center projects.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets; monitor project data on a laptop.
