Job summary

GCC is seeking a Construction Management professional to serve as Owner’s Rep on government medical center projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with a BS in Electrical Engineering and 6–10 years of design and construction experience focused on medical facilities.

This on-site role involves cost and schedule management, oversight with Medical Center CM staff, and ensuring compliance with building codes across multiple projects of varying size.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.
• 6–10 years of experience in design and construction, with a focus on medical facilities.
• Experience managing capital improvement projects in operational healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s Rep on government medical center projects.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Work with Medical Center CM staff on-site to monitor progress.
• Manage costs and schedules in line with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and engineering standards.
