SIRIS LLC in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Construction Manager- Architect to support a healthcare modernization project onsite. The selected candidate will act as an owner's representative for the VA Medical Center, ensuring projects meet scopes, codes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with contractors and client staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university; minimum six years in architecture/engineering/construction management with design and construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including field inspections, observations, schedule monitoring, QC, safety compliance, and deficiency resolution.
• Manage construction administration activities: RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, testing, inspections, and project docs.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor schedule and cost performance, budget tracking, cost estimation, and potential impacts.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and support project closeout with as-built documentation.
