Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Construction Administrator to support an EHRM modernization effort at the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. You will coordinate with VA staff, manage data in PTR, and assist with contract documents and project reviews.

Successful candidates will have several years of CM project management experience, knowledge of QA, and strong communication with A/Es and COR. On-site role with interactions across government teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field CM work encountered in similar projects.
• Experience managing facility construction projects including supervision of design/construction, scheduling, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dates and tracking reports (PTR) for EHRM projects.
• Assist with contract modifications, IGE, SOW, and funding docs.
• Support Government reviews and prepare technical/administrative submissions.
• Provide comments to COR and coordinate with A/Es on constructability.
