Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager 1 to lead on-site field operations for client projects across the United States.

You will supervise safety, quality, scheduling, and contractor performance, prepare reports and progress photos, and ensure drawings are current. This role is 100% in the field with nationwide travel and requires strong CM/Supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12+ years in construction management/supervision.
• Associate degree with 9+ years in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 6+ years experience; 3+ years in CM supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports and progress photographs.
