Job summary

The Perry Group is seeking a Site Construction Manager 1 to lead on-site field operations on client projects across the United States. The role focuses on safety, quality, scheduling, contracts, conformance to drawings, and strong client relations at the project site.

Qualified candidates will have extensive construction management experience, the ability to supervise subcontractors, and travel up to 100% to project sites in the heavy industrial sector. CDM Smith affiliation noted.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience.
Associate degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/related discipline.

Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
Take progress photos and label each image for records.
Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.
