Aufgaben

• Update field drawing sets with current RFIs and Construction Bulletins, in hard copy or digitally
• Assist in drafting, managing, and distributing RFIs to design team members
• Review subcontractor submittals against contract drawings; assist Submittal Manager in review and resubmission
• Attend BIM coordination meetings to assist clash detection; serve as field contact for model RFIs
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes with accurate decisions and actions
• Maintain Constraint Log and Parking Lot Log; track action items during project meetings
• Update daily logs in Autodesk Construction Cloud; track subcontractor manhours and completed work
• Assist with field timesheets for field employees
• Support productivity tracking using Assemble or Bluebeam drawings
• Assist self-perform field activities to build site presence and understanding of operations
• Assist in gathering closeout documents including O&Ms, warranties, and attic stock
