Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in one or more building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Some positions may require travel or lifting or other manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings; erects scaffolds, frames, doors and windows; repairs fixtures and roofs.
• Installs and maintains plumbing fixtures and related equipment; handles minor repairs to machinery and equipment.
• Maintains electrical systems for lighting, outlets and equipment; conducts minor electrical repairs not requiring a license.
• Constructs and repairs foundations, walls, walks and structures; mixes mortar and lays bricks/blocks.
