Job summary

PBK is seeking a Construction Services Manager to serve as the on-site representative, protecting the owner’s interests while monitoring progress, quality, and schedule adherence. You will read construction documents, coordinate with clients and contractors, and support timely issue resolution across teams.

The role requires a strong communicator with 3+ years in construction administration, proficiency in PlanGrid/Procore, and willingness to travel between jobsites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in construction administration/management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specs, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; regular travel between jobsites.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Customer-service mindset with collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Serve as on-site liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Represent owner’s interests on-site for the duration of projects.
• Observe contractor performance against quality standards, contracts, and schedules.
• Document site observations and project progress through reports and meetings.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and resolutions.
