Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in construction administration/management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specs, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; regular travel between jobsites.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Customer-service mindset with collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
