Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; regular travel between jobsites.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

This individual acts as an on-site representative of the firm, protecting the owner's interests by monitoring project progress, quality standards, and schedule adherence. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
