The Construction Services Manager serves as the liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the construction phase of projects. This individual acts as an on‑site representative of the firm, protecting the owner’s interests by monitoring project progress, quality standards, and schedule adherence. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and project schedules. Monitor construction progress to help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with project objectives. Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders during construction activities. Represent the owner’s interests on‑site throughout the duration of projects. Observe contractor performance and adherence to project quality standards, contract documents, and schedule requirements. Document site observations, project progress, and field conditions through reports and meeting documentation. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates, concerns, and resolutions with project teams and clients. Coordinate with internal architectural and engineering teams to support timely resolution of field issues. Support a positive client experience through responsive communication and professional relationship management.
Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction management software preferred.
