You will protect the owner’s interests by monitoring progress, quality standards, and schedule adherence while collaborating with contractors and internal teams.

Read and interpret construction documents, coordinate with design and engineering, and ensure responsive communication to deliver a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specs and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites.
