Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Superintendent who will oversee on-site project execution, scheduling, deliveries, safety, and quality. You will work closely with the Project Manager from pre-construction through closeout in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include managing pre-construction scheduling, field teams, and vendor coordination, maintaining schedules and safety meetings, and guiding interns and junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple large/complex projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in RFP responses and pitches.
• Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Create and update project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Lead field team, trade partners and owner vendors with proactive communication.
• Maintain OSHA safety culture and lead safety meetings.
• Oversee close-out inspections and training of owner/vendor teams.
