Job summary

3i Construction Management, LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities on assigned projects. You will lead field operations, enforce safety standards, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and client expectations.

You will partner with the Project Manager to maintain productivity, control quality, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with inspectors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience with K-12, Aviation, Municipal work projects preferred.
• Procore project management software expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of construction contracts and construction law.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and activities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily on-site construction activities and field personnel.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Mobilize the jobsite and coordinate installation of temporary utilities and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain the project site logistics plan in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Maintain accurate daily reports documenting jobsite progress, issues, manpower, and photo documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor crew performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain overall responsibility for jobsite safety, operations, and compliance.
