Consigli Construction is seeking a Superintendent for Field Operations to provide on-site management of all construction activities, safety programs, and schedule coordination at the project site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Corporate/Industry Safety standards.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule.
• CSL preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Proficient in all 5 areas of focus on their project: Safety, Schedule, Cost, Quality, and customer relations.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project assigned.
• Verify subcontractors have valid contracts and acceptable insurance.
• Serve as OSHA competent person for various tasks.
• Preplan operations to avoid hazards and correct hazards immediately.
• Supervise construction to meet plans and specs.
• Understand contracts, owner requirements, plans, and change documents.
• Provide technical assistance and develop construction methods.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for self-perform operations.
• Create the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Manage project budget requirements and monthly cost to complete.
• Track production and handle changes to ensure compensation.
